Products Our pieces are handmade. Small variations may occur and are part of the character of the product.

Orders & payment Prices are shown in EUR. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Shipping We ship from Germany. Delivery times are estimates (see Shipping & Returns).

Returns Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds Refunds are provided for manufacturing defects or issues caused by production.

Refunds are not provided for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or wear.
